Glass Recycling Beneficiation Plant in South Australia

Orora required GN Projects for planning, design, documentation and project delivery for a new Glass Cullet Beneficiation plant in South Australia. The very latest optical technology and highly sophisticated automation was implemented to achieve the goal of removing impurities from used broken glass through crushing, cleaning and sorting, delivering crushed contaminant-free glass, ready for manufacture into new products. GN Projects also overlooked a highly innovative flexible furnace process that allowed for a higher reduced energy consumption outcome.

Cardboard Packaging Plant in Victoria

GNP was engaged to Project Manage the overall delivery of a new 700m2 office and a 7,000m2 paper and cardboard warehouse.

Orora Glass Bottle Warehouse

Orora key requirements was to consolidate offsite pallet glass bottle storage and centralise storage operations into a new on-site 30,000 m2 warehouse, with full warehouse automation systems storing up to 86,500 pallets on site. A delivery and spare breezeway were also installed between the new and existing warehouse.

GN Projects was engaged to design and project manage and build the new fully automated warehouse from planning, budgeting, approvals through to the build and final completion.
